Mainland Personnel is a Christchurch owned and operated company that specialises in the Industrial and Commercial sectors. We place qualified, partly qualified and unqualified staff in the above sectors, in both temporary and permanent positions depending on the requirements of employees and employers.

Mainland Personnel understands that businesses operate beyond the 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday period and we are therefore contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We welcome contact during the weekend for placements for the following week. We can also conduct interviews during the weekend if required.

We maintain an extensive database of prospective staff and are able to discuss details with prospective employers at their premises or worksite with the help of our investment in laptop electronic software that is also able to display data and graphics (photos).
